With a 28-year career as a New Home specialist, Tony has led sales teams to over $3 billion in sales revenue, representing 35+ residential developers.
Starting as a junior sales associate, Tony quickly earned Rookie of the Year and Salesperson of the Year accolades before becoming the first-ever selling, sales manager at The Ryness Company. Known for his problem-solving, selling, and teaching prowess, Tony has excelled in revitalizing struggling new home communities, a practice he upholds today.
Tony's decade-spanning career includes representing developers of various product types, earning over 25 industry accolades. In response to the early 2000s recession, he successfully flipped nearly 200 homes by late 2012. In 2016, Tony founded California New Home Pros Inc., a resale brokerage bridging his new home industry knowledge with the resale sector.
